Stafforward has an existing pool of experienced event personnel. Using our team of recruiters, we will develop a group of additional pre-screened resources to ensure an adequate pool of candidates is available.
This pool has registration experience using various computer systems. They are comfortable using computerized search tools and have strong typing skills. Any new personnel recruited specifically for your event will be screened and selected for these skill sets using our behavioral interview and computerized testing process.
All temporary personnel will be screened for the ability to handle cash transactions. As requested, Stafforward will use a background check process to verify for criminal history of theft.
If you have a need for temporaries with a specific language, Stafforward can recruit candidates with the appropriate language skills.
Stafforward provides on-site supervision and managers who will:
- manage staffing to meet the shift requirements
- be available for daily meetings
- manage the employee break process
- work with the customer to conduct investigations pertaining to till overages or any other cash management
- provide training at a variety of levels based on the position requirements
At the beginning of the event, Stafforward employees are provided with an orientation that sets expectations. This plan covers basics about working large events at the convention center and is a review session for many of our experienced employees.
